Parisi Transportation hauls goods for manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors across several states, extending all directions from our headquarters just north of Dayton, Ohio. Expanded Fleet and Facilities Due to the rapid increase in our freight and distribution volume, we continue to add to our fleet of efficient, high-capacity trucks. In addition, we recently built a major expansion on our warehouse facility, adding 38,000 square feet for both refrigerated and dry goods storage … with a central refrigeration plant, high-cube storage for more pallet positioning per square foot, six refrigerated docks, and high speed doors. Completed in 1999, it brings our total facility to 108,000 square feet of multi-use warehouse and distribution space. Latest Technology As shipping and distribution becomes more automated, we're constantly updating our computer technologies, including state-of-the-art scheduling, warehousing, and distribution systems for our customers. For example, we've installed a new computer based routing program designed to improve customer service and fill rates, which also reduces shipping costs to our customers. In addition, a new onboard computer tracking system increases the efficiency of each truck by monitoring fuel economy, fuel tax accounting, and operational management of each vehicle as it is on the road.
